Best of Fantoche on Tour

Fantoche will be on tour with two different programmes in Switzerland and other countries. “Best of Fantoche on Tour 2016” (for adults) presents a selection of winning films from two competitions in 26 cinemas in Switzerland, France, Liechtenstein, Hungary, China and South Korea. “Best Kids” shows a selection of the best films for children. Fantoche received 1394 submissions from 79 countries, amongst them 81 from Switzerland. A total of 15 prizes and two Special Mentions were awarded. The films covered a wide spectrum of topics in today’s animation scene ranging from colourful and dynamic abstraction, tongue-in-cheek stories, hand-drawn films, to complex animations that mix objects and painting.
