The luminous, magical skyline of a city at night and a group of islands lying in front: designed by artist Susanne Hofer at the Kunstraum art gallery, this archipelago is extremely effective at attracting visitors. It is made up of obsolete technology and scrap electrical products that Hofer has imbued with new life.
