Animation Collective: Panel & Short Film Programme

Makers of animated films have increasingly been organising themselves outside of established structures. As highly efficient alliances with great artistic potential they set new aesthetic and production-related standards with their multi-awardwinning films. The panel and the short film programme reflect a growing movement in the conflicting world of independent art and commission-led commerce.
