Active for 41 years as a creative producer, screenwriter and director in the field of commissioned and commercial films, Peter Beck realises films and audiovisual projects in a wide variety of industries and formats with his company Beck & Friends. For 17 years, he championed the industry of commissioned and commercial film producers as president of the Swissfilm Association. He is a jury member of the Cannes Corporate Competition and co-founder and current Creative Director of Edi. The Swiss Commissioned and Commercial Film Prize, which is awarded annually by the Federal Department of Home Affairs.
