In “Asphalt Watches”, a hitchhiking road trip undertaken by directors Seth Scriver and Shayne Ehman becomes a fastpaced animated road movie. Their cinematic alter egos, Skeleton Hat and Bucktooth Cloud, encounter not only weird rides, but also rapping dogs, songs about pizza and pasta, and other oddities.
