Focus International: Animation on the Sidelines

Representatives from various A-list film festivals investigate and discuss how animated films could generate a greater presence at these events. We want to discuss how animated films are evaluated within their selection process, and which criteria they are looking for. What kind of impetus (or impulse) can a premiere at one of these festivals provide, and should the animation industry reconsider their representation at these festivals.
