Sam and Fred Guillaume are two stars of the Swiss animation industry and have received international recognition for their films. With Jolieville, the duo has left the silver screen for the first time to present animation sequences in video boxes. The audience takes on the role of a voyeur, observing through the boxes the supposedly idyllic life of a colourful suburban neighbourhood.
