Hors concours 1

Fantoche is presenting an “Hors Concours” programme for the first time: from the short films submitted, works have been selected that either tell especially engaging stories, make controversial political statements, demonstrate technical innovations or use a precise punchline. The programme is intended to supplement the other competition programmes.
