International Competition 4

This year, the selection team had the task of sorting through 1,394 film submissions. What we found were stories that moved us, pushed the envelope, and put some colour in our lives. These films challenge our viewing habits while taking us on an entertaining ride. We were both surprised and pleased at the strong entries from China, where the social dynamics in the country have a clear impact on the animation film industry.
