Half the Town

A young couple in Kozienice, Poland, is looking for clues as to what happened to photographer Chaim Berman. He disappeared during World War II – and with him went the Jewish half of town. Documentary filmmaker Pawel Siczek brings Berman’s family history to life through wonderful, hand-drawn animated frames.
