Chris the Swiss

Chris, the cousin of the film-maker, was a journalist who attached himself to a group of mercenaries in Croatia in 1992 and never came home. The film looks for answers about his death and shines a spotlight on the little-known reality of alleged heroes and resistance fighters.

Making-of exhibition on “Chris the Swiss” in Animatorium (Zürich,
1–22 September).
 Opening hours: Wed–Fri: 2 pm–7 pm; Sat 1 pm–5 pm; and Sun, 9 September from 1 pm–3 pm. The author will be present on several occasions (further details in due course).
