Latvian Shorts II

Turning the microscope on worlds that are both familiar and foreign – as well as on themselves – these Latvian animated film-makers unearth an entire spectrum of colours. After all, the world is not simply black or white. In these films, the tides of history echo through to the present, and politics are dissected from every angle.
