Jacob, Mimmi, and the Talking Dogs

Jacob and his cousin Mimmi find out about plans to build a skyscraper over the park – their playground and place of refuge. Together with a pack of talking dogs, they decide to intervene and hatch a secret plan to stop the construction from taking place. Will they manage to pull it off?
