A woodland fairy tale very much in the spirit of Disney‘s «Silly Symphonies». Though it appears to be an innocuous story of a ladybug being harassed by a spider, the spider’s blackened minstrel face makes him an unmistakable proxy for the US. This is 1943, after all, and the Pacific War is in its full fury.
