Best Kids

Film-makers can tell stories without uttering a single word because their images can sing, dance, celebrate and weep. The children’s film club, ‘Die Zauberlaterne’, has selected the loveliest, cheekiest and funniest kids films for Fantoche. Fantoche is now sending a selection of the best out and about through Switzerland to touch the hearts of many children who were unable to visit the Festival in Baden. They can look forward to tales about a hare who repeatedly has to tidy up the mess in his house; one about a bird who joins forces with ants to chase away a nasty wood-cutter; and then there’s one about a children’s glove that protects lots of animals from the winter cold, keeping them snug and warm, and lots more besides.
