Oswald Iten

Oswald Iten (*1978) obtained his degree in journalism and film studies in Zurich. He works in the cinema and, as a layout designer and animator on short films, teaches animation theory in the preliminary course at the Lucerne School of Art and Design. He is also a freelancer for Filmbulletin. Oswald Iten prefers to work with such narrative stylistic devices as colour, soundtrack and editing. He is particularly interested in audio-visual film education programmes in the cinema and in the form of video essays.
